Thank goodness for Kora. Choosing the wrong exterior colours can be a costly and lasting mistake. Kora guided us through heritage colour choices, providing clear direction and documentation to support City approval.
She coordinated with the painting crew and made thoughtful adjustments as work progressed on our Queen Anne cottage.
The project was later recognized with a Special Award from the Royal City Builders Association.
